I am also trying to make officiel Debian packages of libquran. They are
not fully ready, as there still are packaging issues and library related
problems (I'll try to send patches).

What I did was replacing the symlinks (install-sh, depcomp and missing)
by their originals in /usr/share/automake-1.9/.
