Waaalikum salam. First, could you please tell us which .doc file are you refering to? To my knowledge, there is one .doc file distributed around the net that can display the Quran, but it is not from arabeyes. The file uses 5 font files, which essentially all are symbols. Quite difficult to read programatically.
