Tarik, a couple of minor suggestions/inquiries. Do please update the project page [1] post logging into the Arabeyes website to add whatever relevant blurbs you see fit (note that those blurbs will be reflected on our homepage so keep 'em short and sweet akin to what is done on other sub-projects). I would also highly recommend you add the various people working with you to the Siragi project's page as contributors (I just added Ahmad Sayed) which requires said people to have registered with Arabeyes [2] (this will also ease their process to get CVS accounts once you OK them). The addition of contributors is also done via the website - if you have any issues/questions regarding the mechanics of what needs to be done email me. Lastly and this is a mere humble suggestion so don't read anything into it, there seems to be a genuine interest in this OCR project which is wonderful yet I don't see everyone actually being productive in that everyone seems to be getting familiar with things for the longest time as such it might be useful to assign people tasks and schedules to motivate them into action.
