[FEAT REQ] Khotot: Missing characters in the fonts for Pashto support

The ae_fonts1_ttf and kacst_fonts are good sets of GPLed TrueType fonts for
Arabic. But it will be highly appreciated to see some characters mentioned
below, which are currently missing in these fonts to support Pashto language.
When these characters are added, will allow full-fledged Pashto support.
