After searching heavily, indeed I landed in eclipse.
I really like it, and the feature set it comes with (EasyEclipse 1.3),
however,
I'm dissapointed to learn that it doesnt come with Visual editor, or GUI
designer,
Do you use glade for interface, then the rest in eclipse?
