Daily builds of Arabeyes fonts can be obtained from http://www.khaledhosny.org/files/pub/ae_fonts.tar.bz2 As we are actively working on the fonts to fix all diacritic marks issues, you can get those dialy builds to instead of waiting for a new release. This is done in in automated way, so it might contain some broken fonts, though this shouldn't be that serious issue.
