Al-Salam Alaykom, I have found and briefly looked at the WAQF GPL. As a promoter of free and open source software I would like to know more about how the WAQF licencse differs from the GPL.
The WAQF license includes a statement about not caring about man made laws. I agree, but sometimes the game needs to be played as is untill everything goes back to normal. -- Hatem Nassrat
