It is far from complete, but it is quite usable as it stands. You can set
any location using either known locations or custom locations (latitude,
longitude, timezone, dst).
For known locations, you don't have to worry about daylight saving time
(DST). It is detected automatically for your timezone and applied only
when
in effect.
Feel free to contribute. It's GPLv3 and available on BitBucket
(Mercurial).
This is my first project on BitBucket, so let me know if I am missing
anything. I setup public wiki and bug tracker.
In fact, this is my first open-source/public contribution at all. Let's
see
how it goes.
