In Linux, eSpeak seems to work fine. I chose "Persian (fa)" as the
language, and it read the text just fine, with the exception of things like
numerals.
Maybe it needs some configuration for Arabic?

المنطق اطلعت على بعض نتائجه
كان هناك شابان يعملان على تعريب مشروع حر برتغالي لل TTS هنا منذ 8 سنوات
استعنت بهما في مشروعي

لا أعرف إن كان هناك مجهود لدعم اللغة العربية هناك.
لماذا لا تبدأ أنت بتطوير تلك الخاصية فالحاجة أم الإختراع؟!!
أنا كثيرا ما أستعمل الـgithub ومحرر النصوص الخاص به لا يدعم اللغة
العربية
فقمت بتطوير إضافة «متواضعة» للكروم لدعم اللغة العربية !!

I used Firefox reader view since launched, recently start using it's
narrator which is acceptable for English, but no Arabic support :(
is there any effort to add Arabic narrator?
