The wiki page was starting to get stale, so I reworked it and included
instructions for people to get inclusions. Since my open source inbox is
continuously flooded, I referred people to the list. I hope that emails
with inclusion requests are relatively rare. If not, my apologies in
advance.

We unfortunately do not have an appropriate mailing list for these
inquiries and probably should revisit that if it becomes an issue. If
anyone objects to referring people to the list, feel free to edit the
page directly to remove the statement. #openzfs on freenode IRC could be
substituted, although the lossy nature of IRC is less than ideal for
such communications.

Thus far, I have been updating the page as it occurred to me to add
things. This had an unintended selection bias in that I do not keep
track of everything every manufacturer releases. So far, no one has
accused me or anyone else of bias toward any particular vendor, but I
decide to add an explicit disclaimer that there is no intended bias.

The addition of a NVMe list that only mentions Intel models made
clarifying that seem wise. I did not find any non-Intel models in my
non-exhaustive search that had power failure protection, which is the
only reason the list is Intel-exclusive at this time. If anyone knows of
any other NVMe drives (especially non-Intel to mitigate potential claims
of bias) that have power failure protection, please add them.
