@pyhalov we do a `pkg refresh` but not a `pkg update` nor a reboot. It might be best to try and do the update and reboot though, since we'll continue to see failures sporadically otherwise (and if it's not due to the IPS repo, it'll fail due to the lack of illumos-gate upgrade compatibility with old releases).
