Ah, ok. I know the kernel team diddles at least a little bit with configuration for gentoo-sources, notably recently adding some gentoo specific options, but I'm not sure to what extent they tweak the default configuration to differ from vanilla. > I was not aware of any repercussions until you brought the possibility > of them to my attention.
