@Ringdingcoder I was also surprised by my script reproducing the problem. I
started with a [much more complicated
script](https://github.com/stevenburgess/zfs-problem-reproduce/blob/593ce734820a84bb7d30bbf55fda524e5e211c5d/ext.sh),
but I kept deleting things and the problem kept reproducing until this was all
I needed.
I was also interested in the consistency of the failure of zfs_send_007_pos.sh,
I get the same as you, the last 10 always mismatch. This is why I want to try
running it on an illumos machine to see how it fails there.
But glad the patch worked for you! When I patched it I took a machine that was
up to date with 0.6.5.3 and edited the code with the included patch, and
rebuilt the module. Did you apply the patch to HEAD? Did you layer on any other
fixes? I will try building it again.
