The correctness freak in me doesn't necessarily disagree with you, but the pragmatist in me wants to know how much longer he would have to keep manually fixing broken replication while that pesky correctness guy delays the bug fix hitting production :). We've already split fixing refquota replication issues into two bugs, what's a third ;)...
