Some info on that: it's not totally written in stone yet, but the
solution towards which we're going is not based on SQL (even though it
might use sqlite as a backend), therefore, it won't make much sense to
think "SQL schema" for this.
For the curious: we're thinking of doing things the RDF[1] way.
