As I recall, "Error entering submenu" as the title with
the exception text "PgmImage.set_from_file()
argument 1 must be string, not None"

Some of them do, some don't. I'll check if it makes a
difference tonight or over the weekend.

I'd noticed that bug but I was seeing this on automatically
categorised TV shows (or at least, automatically categorised
via re-categorisation when the automatic system had multiple
possible matches to choose from) and thought it was a different
issue.

I'll do some more testing and try the patch.
