Actually, the CSV link on that page still only links to the current CSV list, but combining the CSV URL with the all MPs ever URL works:
http://www.theyworkforyou.com/mps/?all=1&f=csv ATB, Matthew
I've tried fiddling with the API, but no joy. Is there a dump somewhere?
