Yeah, I was really thinking of it being optional for the user, but
automated once they agreed that, yes, it probably was more sensible to
petition their local school about parking spaces than the PM.

Anyway, sorry I didn't see Francis' reservations because I just mailed
the same idea to the new Whitehouse.gov webmaster :)
