I'm trying to build a theme (you could call it a column or a channel) on my blog to cover the political engagement / empowerment / political process area, and start bridging the gap between political discussion and the apolitical talk that goes on mong E-Gov people / tools builders / freelance initiatives. It's meant to do a bit to help build bottom-up politics. One of the challenges is to find a vocabulary that wouldn't turn off a starving camel.
My working title is "Micropolis", and I'm looking for a few people to contribute from different backgrounds. If there was anybody who would be interested in contributing to that area of writing on a multi-partisan (i.e., writers from all parties and none, and disagreement is welcome) political site, I'd be interested to hear from you.
