If I'm right in thinking such pages are only reached after entering a 
valid postcode, then perhaps that's not such a high priority, since they 
won't be found by search-spiders.

It would add semantic richness, thereby enabling mashups and 
facilitating the "rich snippets" recently announced by Google; and 
fundability in Yahoo's microformat search.

I think it's a fair bet that Birmingham City Council is in Birmingham, 
and Sheffield City Council is in Sheffield... ;-)

I have.


On further consideration, I would make my second priority adding an 
hCard to each page like this:

   <http://www.theyworkforyou.com/mp/khalid_mahmood/birmingham%2C_perry_barr>

including the party ("org" in hCard), URLs, photo and several "note" 
properties.
