Excellent - something we've needed for a while. I must get round to doing some kind of legal and comparative analysis sometime. One interesting thing is that sets of terms of service do seem to differ greatly online, which contrasts with a lot of boilerplate I see in commercial transactions. There's still a lot of feet finding going on I suspect. One idea someone suggested to me was something that auto-checked all the contracts that we glibly agree to on a daily basis, perhaps against a database of well-known or suspect clauses.
