An impressive commitment!

However, I remain of the view that just telling your underlings to
make everything machine readable isn't likely to generate public
benefits as fast as asking the public for the top 10 things they want
machine readable, and then delivering those ASAP. How much stuff will
NYC reformat that nobody wants?
