Perhaps the discussion about database rights and the PAF would be less ethereal if we went out looking for someone in possession of an actual 15-year-old PAF CD?
I mean, it's not beyond the realm of possibility that *someone* out there both a) Used to work on early web stuff in 1994 and b) Has a box full of old monthly update disks in the cupboard under the stairs ?
