Hansard is what is in the Hansard section of parliament.uk - for the Commons, this is currently main chamber debates, Westminster Hall debates, written statements, written answers, petition responses, and corrections. TheyWorkForYou does nothing with petition responses, and links to the official site for corrections. Clearly the more that is on TheyWorkForYou, the better for the site. So it simply comes down to either resources if you're expecting mySociety to add things, according to priorities decided by the core team and volunteers, or volunteers appearing willing to do the work for things they want (as e.g. Mark did for adding the Scottish Parliament). If TheyWorkForYou doesn't cover something (and we have always been clear that it certainly does not), you shold be able to find it on the official site.
