The Joseph Rowntree Reform Trust, which funded part of TheyWorkForYou and most of WhatDoTheyKnow has launched an interesting ideas gathering excercise/campaign around general democractic reform. I believe it was built by Blue State Digital, so it's quite shiny.
I quite like the way that they're not specifying up front what's most important, more finding outo what people want before pushing for it.
