what about postcodes? How will we key into all this lovely new data?

And, what about "derived data" rules? Will we be allowed to publish stuff
that's based on this newly-"free" data? I need slightly-modified
authority boundaries for FillThatHole, and would _love_ to be able to
share my modifications with others needing Highway Authority data, and
display the modified boundaries on on-line maps.
Although, after thinking about it, I'm getting happier. It's 11 years
since my first meeting with the Treasury and OS on this subject.
It's certainly moving in the right direction. Many thanks to those that
have worked tirelessly behind the scenes for years to get here :)
