Is there anything that needs more clarification? If everything is ok, I'd propose that we start with Write To Them - I've spoken to Seb, and it seems on Democracy Club that it would be most helpful to offer advice on designs rather than a full testing project at this point in time. As I mention in the proposal, They Work For You is a larger, multi-faceted site, so it might be easier to start with a more manageable, linear project. Any lessons we learn from that could be used when/if we tackle TWFY. Again, this is just a proposal - very open to any questions or comments. Joe
