It has "Ruislip, Northwood and Pinner". The file in github is here: http://github.com/mysociety/theyworkforyou/blob/master/www/docs/boundaries/new-constituencies.tsv and has not been altered since it was uploaded, so I'm not sure what file you're looking at.
However searching on HA4 7JJ with future = 1 the database returns: Ruislip, Northwood and Pinner
