If you know the *domains* for the ads, then you can get the keywords
with a tool like:

http://www.keywordspy.co.uk/research/search.aspx?q=conservatives.com&tab=domain-keywords&market=uk
http://www.keywordspy.co.uk/research/search.aspx?q=labour.org.uk&tab=domain-keywords&market=uk

Interesting, but the results are averaged over a fairly long period (I checked some of our own domains and ads, and saw ads listed that have been inactive for a while), so it probably isn't particularly useful for tracking short-term trends.
