And also we're hoping to collate candidate responses to surveys on 
YourNextMP.

The main problem with such a thing is how people know to use it. I'm 
sure there are sites out there which try to do it, but no-one knows 
about them so people won't check them before emailing about concerns 
already answered.

The best I can suggest is to put those sort of template responses on 
your website - that way people will find them when they're looking for 
your contact details. Maybe WriteToThem could encourage this in some way.
