The power supply on the database server broke, and it's being fixed by an engineer from DNUK tomorrow morning.
We could restore from the daily backup, but it would be complex recovering and we'd lose some data (outgoing messages for a day or two). We don't have a hot backup. Incoming messages are being held in Exim and will be redelivered when the site is back up again. Our apologies for this!
