New member IDs for everyone re-elected. If the PublicWhip links used person IDs, they would all have carried on working; so my suggestion would be, if possible, to change PW so we can send people to a URL with a person ID in it rather than a member ID.
Or as a more stop gap, you just need to get the new member IDs into the PublicWhip database, they're in a separate XML file at present but could easily be added to the end of all-members.xml.
