400k is a lot of work. Even if we assume that it takes fifteen seconds to ID a building, you're looking at 1600 man hours, or two working days from a hundred people. That's a lot of effort. Filtering this down to just Grade I or II* would take 2.5% (40 man hours) or 8% (128 man hours) would help immensely.
