To try and make PlanningAlerts a bit more manageable (and get it working properly again) I am proposing to move all the screen-scrapers over to ScraperWiki.
Two things need to happen though - one is compiling a list of all council web pages to scrape, the second is writing the scrapers. Both can be managed via this page: http://scraperwiki.com/tags/planning Even if you can't write a scraper, could you please take a couple of minutes to request the scraper for your local council?
