Finding the MP is easy through the Parliamentary website. As for the surgeries
I
don't think my local library has the list try the MP or the local party
association as a lot of the things tend to be run through the association. The
information is there it is just a matter of collecting it. The local authority
may have that listed on the site.

Visit the library, and see the poster there? Or the local newspaper?

(takes some research, first, to discover who their MP is, mind)
