Ok - some confusion then.. Sidekick are looking for 2 developers to join the teams which will also have a entrepreneur. The advert cited refers to the entrepreneur role rather than the developer role but I thought it would be useful for reference. In hindsight I think its just confusing. The developer roles are key roles and will be remunerated accordingly. Rates and other aspects of the role can be discussed on the phone or in person/
In terms of what happens at the end of the 3 months to the developer contract, that is open to discussion. Also looking for a Ruby developer for another project (not a social enterprise). Easier to talk through in person, but it doesn't sound like that's your style. If it is - do pick up the phone.
