It appears that JANET (AKA The JNT Association) claims not to be subject
to the FOIA:

Their own documentation used to contradict this:

but the website now has no reference to that document, and instead has this:
http://www.ja.net/services/publications/publication-scheme.html
Can any of our resident legal experts comment on this. Is there reason
why the older documentation might not now be applicable?
