We don't have accounts, and we're nowhere near "live", but we have company
directors in JSON, XML, and RDF on Who Runs It. Have a look at
http://whorunsit.org/api for details on what you can do. Our APIs
reference Companies House, OpenCorporates and LevelBusiness, so it should
be possible to follow through the results to retrieve accounts from LB and
expanded company info from CH/OC.

I'm also happy to make modifications to the site if you have any ideas.
The source is up on github (not currently public, but not for any
particular reason), so if anyone wants to help out, that'd be lovely too!

We do chat to LevelBusiness occasionally, and they're keen on opening up
some API stuff too. It's just a matter of time (I think they're looking
for Python+Django coders too, if you know any).

It's also worth mentioning DueDil.com, although they have no public API
either - part of their data includes listings of company subsidiaries, and
it'd be great to be able to get that kind of information opened up.
