I thought someone on list list might know of some good moderatable diary software (background is a post on the IPKAT: http://ipkitten.blogspot.com/2011/11/in-all-events-we-need-diary.html for those interested).
What I'm wondering about is if there is software (eg as a plugin to wordpress, or something standalone or even a SAAS solution I guess) which allows people to enter events with various fields (time, place, description, nature) - ideally customisable but that may not be essential - and allows those events to be moderated (so accepted/rejected by one or more individuals) and then if accepted to be made available in one or more useful forms (again, ideally in multiple ways via various calendar feeds).
