Hi Is there somewhere that FoI gets discussed? I have a reply from a department which refuses the request because a third party would have to write a bespoke report which would cost over £600 - The £600 limit could be just a couple of hours work for an external consultancy!!
As the devlist, I know this isn't the place to ask/discuss this - is there a place?
