I've got some of our local river levels stuffed into a Munin plugin
(just screenscraping) so I can keep an eye on how close we're getting
to our 2007 high. Only 0.35m to go at our local lock.

I'm not sure if there's any machine-ingestable (ie non-screenscraped)
sources of data from the EA. It'd be nice to be able to get things
like their flood maps as vectors/ESRIs, river level data, etc.

Cheers,
James Harrison
