Does anyone know if there's a publicly accessible source of census ward
boundaries or postcode to census ward lookups?
http://census.ukdataservice.ac.uk/get-data/boundary-data.aspx is the
authoritative source, but that's restricted to higher educational users.
Is there an alternative which is public?
