unfortunately, pcs web UI does not work with jquery 3.2.1 and it seems
that it is not easy to fix it now.

usr/share/pcsd/public/js/jquery-1.9.1.min.js please use libjs-jquery
In Debian libjs-jquery is currently at version 3.2.1, so probably not
compatible with jquery 1.9.1.
