For the ical and vcal downloads Drupal's clean urls are great because the last argument is what the browser sees as the desired filename. However, when clean URLS are not enabled (as on the sourceforge site) browsers see an empty filename and do weird things like putting in a bunch of numbers for a filename. Is there an http header or something that can be used to tell the browser "when you ask the user to save this, use x for a default filename"?
