This clears things up a lot. I was thinking this had to be hidden from the
user more. But the only users of these parts will be admins anyway. So the
make_block admin page will have a list of all the terms with checkboxes to
enable certain terms as node blocks.

Does feed.module take care of duplicate items from diffent feeds? If it
does we can have these aggregated too.
