This clears things up a lot. I was thinking this had to be hidden from the user more. But the only users of these parts will be admins anyway. So the make_block admin page will have a list of all the terms with checkboxes to enable certain terms as node blocks. Does feed.module take care of duplicate items from diffent feeds?
