I have installed the contributed Wiki module into my sandbox and have the
following observations and request.

The Wiki module merely makes it so a node (e.g. an entry in a collaborative
book) can be entered using Wiki syntax. It is worth noting, that unlike
Wiki, this does not rule out the use of HTML syntax. You can mix and match
the syntaxes.

It also adds the functionality to enable node like tags, e.g.
http://ahynes1.homeip.net:8180/drupal/index.php?q=title/DeanSpace

I believe that

the contributed wiki module should be installed
(from http://drupal.org/node/view/68 ) and we should copy and paste the Wiki
text as is from hack4dean into collaborative books.

If people want to write things in HTML, they can still do that, but that
generally we use Wiki formatting for the collaborative books.

Is this okay with everyone? If so, let me know when it is installed and I
can start migrating the Wikki pages.

Subject: [developers] deanspace.org is starting to work

DeanSpace.org is working. I still need to install modules and such and tweak
the theme. Please let me know if you want something that I haven't mentioned
putting up or I forgot to put up.

I need a message for the front page, a mission statemnt type thing. Can
probably be copied from somewhere else.

When everything is running smoothly should I post to hackers or is that
someone else's job?
