Agreed, at this stage of the game, but ever since josh first floated the "turnkey" idea I had envisioned at least the potential of an eventual customizable "storefront" type service where a form "wizard" might allow for self service selection of a template site customizable from a few themes, some standard functionality and a set selection of optional modules. The precedence for this has existed for years from various services and hosts and it works well for a niche market. I've built some similar apps in ASP. Of course, the users would always have the option of personalized support if they flailed at the "self serve".. Obviously, this would/could only be realized down the road a piece, but I can imagine a development trajectory that would take us from the "hands on" to a "hands off" product/service. I will say this, I installed and launched a functioning instance the current DeanSpace package on windows in literally minutes; impressive! If the database config was standardized, I could see something like a turnkey "emerging" in good order; I'm willing to help out if it's a direction the hosting group wants to go; thoughts? slings? arrows? Cheers CMR <--enter gratuitous quotation that implies my profundity here-->
