It is perhaps a bit silly, but for all situations I know there is a 1-1 relationship between 'owner' and 'security context'. See also http://www.mmbase.org/mmdocs/glossary.html#context If you want to have an actual field containing the identifier of the user who created or changed the node, then that could be arranged by new fields on object or e.g. a 'content' base type. In MMBase 1.8 there will be a field specialization 'lastmodified' for this.
