You are right Rico, this is strange. Oscache is not a small open source project.
I have read that, oddly enough OpenSymphony's oscache, which uses APL,
does ship with jgroups support built in. Apparentley they don't think it is a problem.
Are they already being sued? ...
I don't think being sued is the problem, the problem is clear communication about the license you're using and the licenses of the external libs you are using.
