Yes, additional work and information that needs to be kept to make
the strategies work. I think there will be borderline cases or strategies
in which the work will be more then the actual query being performed.
If the strategies are kept simple and the informatie to be kept simple
I think this will be not the case. But as I have seen with some attempts to make
the multilevel cache refreshes better, the administration took so much work
as to make it useless.
